Privacy Policy
Cole Seifert ("I", "me", or "my") runs learningwithcole.com. This policy explains what information is collected through this website and how it is used.
Effective date: November 5, 2026
Information collected
- Contact form: when you send a message through the contact form, I get your name, your email address and your message. They are used only to read and reply to your message. Cloudflare Email Routing delivers the message to my inbox.
- Email list: if you sign up on this site to get new guides by email, your email address is stored by Kit, my email service, along with the address of the page you signed up on. It is used only to send those emails. Kit first sends one email asking you to confirm (double opt-in), and every email includes an unsubscribe link, so you can leave any time.
- Website data: this site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to serve the site and keep it safe.
No tracking
This site has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking or ad cookies, and no third-party scripts. Fonts, videos and images come from this site itself. The only cookie it sets is for a private page that only I sign in to. Links to Instagram take you to Instagram, which has its own privacy policy.
How information is used
- To reply to your messages.
- To send the guide emails you signed up for.
- To keep this website running and safe.
Disclosure of information
I do not sell personal information. Information is shared only:
- With service providers that help run this site, such as Cloudflare (hosting and message delivery), Kit (email list) and my email provider, and only as needed for them to do their work.
- When required by law, court order, or to protect legal rights.
Data security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect the information collected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Retention
Contact messages are kept while they are relevant to the conversation. Your email list address stays with Kit until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the email list with the link in any email. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by sending a message through the contact form. Requests are answered within a reasonable time.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
